We want you to love your AdamRise Knee Brace. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return:
1. Email us at support@adamrise.com with your order number.
2. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Wrong size? We will exchange it for free. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
